I’ve used these perms and they are great perms. However, the order I got from this place had a bad perm in it. I noticed the box had something spilled on it. I went to use the perm and lightly shook the waving lotion, some of the lotion had sprinkled on the floor. I used the lotion on the client and the perm was extremely weak. I’m now having to redo the perm at my own expense. I’ve done hair for 26 years and have never had to redo a perm. I’m assuming air got into the waving lotion and diluted it?

The dye is applied like any other and the result is good and covers gray hair well, but what I like most is that when applying it, it doesn't smell bad like others, and that each tube is perfectly enough for two applications: I use half, and keep the other half in the closed tube.
