Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after they're received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for National Holidays. Our standard shipping is 2 to 7 days.
Need it faster? We also offer express shipping methods USPS Priority & FedEx 2Day®. Express orders will be shipped the same business day if the order is made before 12:00 pm PST. All other orders will be shipped the same business day if the order is made before 2:00 pm PST.
International delivery times vary by location, mail service and customs. Typical international delivery time is 10-15 business days.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer store pickup here at our Oceanside warehouse. Simply add items to your cart, go to the checkout screen, and select the delivery method Pick Up.
Once your order has been picked, you will be notified via email, where you can come pick up your order during business hours: Monday through Friday (except National Holidays), 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PT.
Only domestic U.S. orders are eligible for free shipping when the order total is over $50 (after all promotions or discounts are applied). APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses are only eligible for free shipping on orders $100 and up.

Wholesale accounts are available for licensed beauty professionals and owners of beauty establishments, like salons or spas.

Earn more by shopping with us! Every $1 you spend adds 5 points to your Rewards account. Once you have 500 points or more, you can redeem your points for a coupon using the Rewards portal on the bottom right.
Please note that Rewards coupons cannot be used with subscriptions or other promos/discounts. Your cart will automatically apply the best discount to your order.
Orders
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. If order has already shipped, shipping cannot be refunded.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must cancel before the renewal date has passed. Once the subscription order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is listed correctly on your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
We have a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
To start a return, contact us by email with the order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for shipping the product back. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return labels will not be provided except in special circumstances. Once the product is received at our office, and the criteria above have been met, we will issue the refund.

When you purchase a subscription to a product, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

We have access to 1000s of SKUs, and unfortunately cannot give advice in how to use a product or guarantee its effectiveness. If you have questions or concerns about a product you have purchased, please reach out to the manufacturer for additional help.
