Quantum Ultra Firm Exothermic Perms are formulated with a patented equalizer and 3TM conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curl formation. Advanced conditioning neutralizers provide smooth, manageable and healthy-looking curls. No test curl. No dryer heat required. Quantum Ultra Firm Exothermic Perms are self-warming perms that create springy curls that won't relax. Ideal for clients with long hair or for designer wraps. For normal to resistant gray and tinted hair (up to 20 volume).

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after they're received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for National Holidays. Our standard shipping is 2 to 7 days.
