I’ve used these perms and they are great perms. However, the order I got from this place had a bad perm in it. I noticed the box had something spilled on it. I went to use the perm and lightly shook the waving lotion, some of the lotion had sprinkled on the floor. I used the lotion on the client and the perm was extremely weak. I’m now having to redo the perm at my own expense. I’ve done hair for 26 years and have never had to redo a perm. I’m assuming air got into the waving lotion and diluted it?

I have always loved ISO perms. Unfortunately, my previous source no longer sold Option 1 which is the perm I prefer for pre-permed hair. I was so happy to find it once again and the order was delivered in just a few days.
