Recommended Mixing Instructions

1. Pour 2 oz Scruples PURE OXI 20 Volume Clear Developer into an applicator bottle or mixing bowl.
2. Add 7 scoops of Blazing Highlights X-Tra Light Booster Concentrate.
3. Mix thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved.
4. Add 1 oz Blazing Highlights Blue Oil Lightener.
5. Mix thoroughly until a rich, smooth blue cream forms.
6. Apply according to virgin or retouch application techniques.
7. Process at room temperature for 30–45 minutes.
